Who is Seth White?
Seth White is a native of Houston Texas and is the son of professional drummer Rocky White. Rocky was Duke Ellington’s last drummer after Speedy Joe. Seth had the chance to travel all over the world while studying drums with his father. While on the road, Seth picked up many road modals and lessons on how to be a “musician” in today’s world. Seth has had the chance to live and study in New York. His first ever gig was with the Duke Ellington Orchestra under Paul Ellington. Seth has played and studied with many great musicians like: James Bolden with the BB-King Band. Mike Fredo who is Tommy Hilfiger’s nephew. He has also played with, Teed Smith who is with the band called War. Also, Tommy James who is Savion Glover’s music director. Seth is constantly learning and has played at many Houston Venues. He is ready to do shows all over the world.
