Return Policies:
No returns on eatable opened items. On eatables returns must be with sealed original packaging, not tampered, with same condition as when delivered. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and there will be a $5 restocking fee.
All tags must be attached.
No worn, washed, or damaged items.
No returns on labeled finale sales items.
Some locations may require 2 day shipping amount depending on location check with us for further information.
Refunds Policies:
Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 14 days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping Policies:
No APO, FPO or PO BOX addresses.
Defective items:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery, provide photos and we’ll work to make it right (replacement or refund)
On damaged or defective items shipping costs will be waived.
